ABOUT THE SEBASTIANI THEATRE FOUNDATION
The Sebastiani Theatre Foundation was established in 2008 and incorporated in 2009. It has full legal status as a non-profit corporation and has 501(c)(3) charitable status. The Foundation has been active in making physical improvements to the Theatre, sponsoring special events, and negotiating for the lease of the Theatre. In 2018 The Sebastiani Theatre Foundation purchased the business from Roger and Diana Rhoten.
